Edwards & Godding
Description

Currently open for appointment only. For three generations, Edwards & Godding Ltd. has been a family-run business since its establishment in 1790.

Beginning as ironmongers in Newbury, Berkshire, the company specialised in selling domestic hardware goods and even manufactured a water pump in Thatcham that still stands today.

In 1932, they were chosen as one of the five original AGA distributors in the UK, with their very first sale being to the High Sheriff of Berkshire, Captain Geoffrey Herbert Palmer of Woolhampton Court.

Today, they continue to sell AGAs every year and offer exceptional products to both retail and trade customers from their two showrooms in Reading and Woodstock. With a focus on bespoke kitchens and the finest range cookers, refrigeration, kitchen appliances, and accessories, they are proud to uphold their legacy of quality.
