Description

Hidden away behind the main streets lies a stylish and cosy pub, affectionately called 'The Back Lane' by locals for many years, has become a beloved spot for occasion, conversation, and relaxation.

The Back Lane Tavern offers an international small plates menu, well kept real ales, locally sourced UE coffee, and a well balanced wine list of over 30 wines, offered by the glass. A pub for all seasons, with a cosy snug surrounding the bar, a hidden away restaurant and a beer garden with a covered and heated al fresco dining space available for exclusive hire.

The team are thrilled to be crowned 2024's ‘BEST GASTRO PUB’ at the Ox in a Box Awards and to have recently acquired 2 AA rosettes awarded in April 2024.
